I applied on their website. Got a call with in a week and was asked to do a test to check my programming and Unity skills. With in a week after submitting the test, I received a call for a technical interview. After clearing the technical interview, I had the final interview with Mr. Sumantra Roy (CEO). Everything happened remotely.

The company reached out to me, was very transparent with the requirements and what I was going to be tasked with. I was tasked to create a very simple game within a given time frame. After completing the task, it took about a week for them to get back to me after reviewing my task. I was scheduled into an interview within the following week, this was a technical interview, challenging my knowledge of Unity and coding. The interview had some room for open discussion and sharing of ideas, even though I was just an interviewee at the time, which was great. The week following the technical interview, I was given an interview with the CEO of the company where I was ultimately given the job offer.
