First, they give me an assessment test and I cleared them all and received good comments from them. Then after a month, they called again and they scheduled my discussion round with HR and the QA manager, both of them are more interested in my likes and dislikes, goals of life(as if they knew that they wanted to become a QA manager and HR in their school times), hobbies and whom do I look up to in my life. They are not even interested in my technical skills. They rejected me finally. NOTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE:: it's ok to not have a goal in life. It's ok to not to look up to someone and live life according to them. And just a suggestion hiring a techy for QA is much better than one who has a masters in management.
