Standard interview questions based on the Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS trust values ( Patient centered, Fair, Collaborative, Accountable and Empowered). Short skilled based competency tests on the day of the interview. The interview panel consisted of three senior team members - all friendly and professional.

The interview itself was fine but... 1. I was not sure of the exact location beforehand and emailed the interviewer to ask but they did not get back to me. It would have been nice to have a room number or directions to the relevant reception. 2. I have not been contacted about the outcome, which is bad practice. Even if they don't provide feedback, it would be nice to know that I didn't get the job. Any communication would have been decent, even a brief email.
