Submitted my resume through my university and was emailed about a week later for an interview. First round was an interview over the phone with a current Analyst. Started with "walk me through your resume" and followed with technical questions. Technical questions were both general accounting and DCF related and healthcare specific. Accounting questions were heavily emphasized (specifically walking through all three statements).

The interview was based solely on technical questions in a rapid-fire fashion. My interviewer made limited effort to assess personality fit or to get to know me better and my experiences.
