Entretien
I warn everyone to avoid this company like the plague. The interviews were numerous (4-5 over two months) and the questions were difficult, which was a good challenge and raised my standards of myself. However, once the interviews were over the next steps went to HR where the process became an inhumane and lengthy nightmare. HR refuses to speak directly to candidates nor will they provide updates/info (not even an automated email like "the next steps are.."), making you feel like you are less than human. Instead you deal with their reference/background check vendors which are just automated emails and a web portal where you input your info. You aren't allowed to talk to a human through the whole process, which takes more than a month. Heads up - you are required to list your current and previous supervisors as references, there is no optional "please do not contact my current employer." Also be very careful what employer names you put for your background check. If one word or one letter off, the vendor-bot spits back that you lied. So for example if you worked at "Bob's Crab Shack" but it's officially "Bob's Crab Shack, LLC" then your background check comes back as failed. And remember there are no humans in this process, so you can't contest anything.

Entretien
The interview process was over zoom and included three interviewers. They were all very outgoing, helpful, and kind. The interview lasted a little less than an hour. They were able to answer all of the questions I asked and laid out a good example of what a shift may look like.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked numerous questions on handling difficult patient/staff/family member scenarios. They also asked questions on how I utilize teamwork and communication.
Behavior/situational questions, have examples of times you had difficult patients or encounters with coworkers, what pushes your buttons, when you went above and beyond for a patient, you get a call pretty quickly asking to set up the interview, then references, then offer by the end of the week
