Mock summation and some followup questions after, role playing how you'd handle a client in a stressfull situation, etc. There was two rounds, one for the summation(about 40 mins), and then a followup with Tina. She asks pretty basic PD questions.

How would you handle connecting with clients of diverse backgrounds
First interview for Juvenile Rights Practice focused on hypos, past experience, and awareness about social justice issues. They asked for references a few days after my interview. Then, months later I learned they were pausing hiring for the position
Standard interview questions, then hypotheticals. The hypotheticals were reasonably easy to answer on the spot. This is with regard to the first round of interviewing. I am hoping to hear back for a second interview.
