Experience: Monolith to micro services migration approach, DDD, Microservices Transactional approaches. Make sure you have a strong point why you want to work there. Coding: Battleship game - 2d matrix System Design: Document upload akin to Google drive Behavioral: Work that you are proud of, conflict resolution
Mostly run of the mill small company or start up interview process. There were some practical coding challenges to accomplish a certain task. Some confusion among the interviewers but nothing terrible. Behavioral interviews seemed a little easy

Applied through an employee referral, was ghosted after Manager Interview. Sent multiple follow up emails to Recruiter and received no response.
Recruiter reached out and set up time to chat. They got busy and asked to reschedule last minute, it happens. Rescheduled and then the recruiter did not show, with no communication afterwards.
