The whole process took about two weeks and was well organized throughout. Started with a 1-on-1 with the Head of Engineering — half personal, half technical with coding questions. Then they asked for recommendations from two people i have worked with. After that, a home project to build and submit, followed by an in-person interview with a senior tech lead and team lead in their Midtown offices covering the project, technical questions, and just getting to know the team. One cool thing — they invited me to their happy hour during the process, which gave a real feel for the culture. Final step was an HR interview in the office, and that was it. Felt structured, respectful of my time time, and genuinely human. Would recommend applying.
