First, email to confirm the interview information such as time and location;
Second, on-site the office for a face-to-face interview:
1. Introductions. The interviewer & interviewee both did an introduction of personal info and job info.
2. Small Talk.
3. Information Gathering.
4. Question/Answer.
5. Wrapping Up.

Entretien
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter who did some additional screening. They then set up in-person meetings with several members of the team. It was about three hours worth of interviews with each person getting 30 minutes. I was sent a map & an itinerary with the names of who I would be meeting with several days prior to the interview. They were very prepared and on top of the entire experience.
