J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lendbuzz

The interview process felt unstructured and unprofessional. The interviewers were late, seemed unfamiliar with my resume, and often struggled to articulate their own questions. It appeared that the company prioritizes cultural fit over technical qualifications, as all interviewers seemed to come from a similar background. Overall, it gave the impression that they were more focused on finding someone who fits into their existing work culture rather than assessing skills and experience objectively.

This company is a scam and doesn't know what they are doing. Run. They don't have proper recruiter and the director of engineering will hold a call with you who doesn't know about the tech at all. He asks some random questions about Python but his knowledges are completely wrong, it is not Pythonian at all and not best practice in industry. (You can check from Blind their tech is obsolete) He will tell you all good things and about the process but he will never execute because he is too lazy, incompetent.
