The interview process was very unprofessional. Miho Araki from HR contacted me, arranged for an interview stating with 3 panelists and then requested to rechange the date right after confirming, only to get back to keep the same date. Following this, she changed the interviewers details by removing two of them - stating that it is a process change. After the interview, both the interviewer stated that they would get back to me the following week with an update, which they never did. It was very obvious on the interview that she already found another candidate, the interview was mundane and wasted my time. Emailed HR, the following week for an update and only to be ignored. Email again and got an answer stating that she is still waiting for an update - but end up closing the job application. If you found an ideal candidate, be professional enough to let other candidates know, do not waste our time or lie about the situation. Extremely unbelievable that this came from a reputable company.

Interview with recruitment team on the basics, then an interview with the manager and a final interview with management. for my role, there are no online test at the moment.
