Submitted my resume and cover letter through an employee. Got a call back a week later to come in for an interview. The interview was a group panel of three people (manager and supervisors). Interview was a lot of personality based questions. I didn't get an offer until an entire month went by, at which point I had assumed I didn't get the job. Accepted their offer and worked there for several months. Process may vary as a coworker said they got an offer the next day after their initial interview.
