Easy. Got a phone screen lasted 5 to 10 minutes. In person interview was quick. Very short conversation about my previous experience, along with typical interview questions. Could tell after a few answers they were interested in hiring me. Some topical conversation about current events and things happening locally.

very smooth and easy flowing, employers are very nice and flexible. They made me feel comfortable in the interview process and made me feel worthy as a candidate and as a person, I really look forward to working with the company.

Entretien
After I submitted my application, I recieved a phone call from the manager within a week. During the phone call we talked briefly about the position and then we scheduled a face-to-face interview. After the interview I was told immediately whether I got the job or not.
