Applications are made online through the career site. Applicants receive an email confirming receipt of the resume. Recruiter contacts applicant by email or phone for a screening interview. The recruiter talks to hiring manager and makes a recommendation for an interview. Those they are interested in are contacted about an interview and the details are discussed with the applicant.

Entretien
Not a friendly company. Really ugly offices. HR department is very unfriendly and doesn't return e-mail or calls. Not a place I would fit into easily, even with 22 years of corporate experience.
