Initial online application, with CV and competency questions, followed by psychometric tests and a two day assessment centre. The assessment centre was an enjoyable process, all staff were lovely and really passionate about their work and the company. The first day consisted of a welcome presentation and a tour of the facilities, with a meal in the evening. Day two consisted of group task, interview, presentation and a written exercise.

Recorded online interview in January 2025, which I believe was the first stage of their interview process and leads to a face-to-face interview if successful. Relatively straightforward and easy to use system, allowing for multiple attempts at recording each answer with time to prepare in between attempts and questions. Questions are fairly common motivational and competency-based questions common in these types of interview. Unfortunately, I have received no updates in nearly 2 months since submitting my responses for the recorded interview so cannot comment on later stages.
