I was personally asked on indeed to apply for this job and to do a series of questionnaires, tests and supply additional information. They completely ghosted me after I spent several hours doing the tasks they asked of me.

Super easy process with very minimal work to be able to become a tutor for them. Most of it is done online, and you will not have to talk to anyone over the phone. If you do have to talk on the phone, it is a very easy interview.
