1st Round: Phone call with a current associate. Three standard behavioral questions.
2nd Round: On-Campus panel interview with current associate, admin, and manager. Standard.
3rd Round: Presentation to three program managers. Then one-on-one with a VP and then one-on-one with the CIO.
Turned down a different offer to accept Levis' offer in December and was set to start in July.
Was laid off 3 weeks before start date due to downsizing. Given a decent severance package for having never worked a single day, but I had to search out to find out my status (bounced emails to people running the program. CIO no longer there etc).
Had read reviews on GlassDoor about constantly changing corporate direction. Wish I had heeded to these warnings in the subtext of these reviews. Assumed that with the recent sponsorship of Levis stadium, the company had taken a new direction, but then they changed it again. Ironic.
