Interview process is easy if you are internal. There is usually 1-2 interviews depending on on if you are external or internal. One will be with a store manager and the other is with the district manager.
Easy as pie. Very simple and laid back. The DM was cool and it was a twenty minute interview overran. Easy questions like how long you’ve been in customer service and what’s your leadership style

Classic informal interview with store manager going over soft skills and interest in working for the company. Went over job history and experiences with team management. Very friendly and comfortable.
