Entretien
First you answer technical questions test, recommended time one hour, basic knowledge of java, mysql and web protocols. After that you talk with HR in details about your CV, background and requirements for position they offer. If you pass the test they invite you on technical interview with programmer, if not, they send you a feedback e-mail with details about what you should improve. I want to note that conversation with HR is very pleasant, i didn't felt so comfortable in any other job interview. Also, half of conversation is in english.

Interview process consists of a test and technical interview. Test is general knowledge test. Interview was strictly technical. Two senior developers. Mainly it was about java, spring, testing and databases.

Entretien
One HR interview and one technical interview. On HR interview you talk to psychologist and do tpersonality test. On technical interview they ask a lot about Java, mostly what is new released in that version, and small problem exercises. They ask about design (GOF) patterns also.
