Good. Very friendly, supportive, encouraging. Did not feel overwhelmed. Asked e a few questions but kept it very casual and professional. They had me do a personality test then called back to line up a Skype interview.

Entretien
First phone call, then an online interview. They wanted to move forward but I declined. During the interview the recruiter was surprised to hear that I can speak English fluently, when I have literally 2 degrees, completed in English. I dont like it when people indirectly tell you that they expected you to be slightly stupid because of your nationality.

I only got an HR call, and after I said that I was not capable of speaking fluent Dutch, I was announced that the interview would not move to the next step.
