2) PPT
Followed by a decision. The process is quick and smooth. Took less than 2 weeks from start to finish.

Entretien
First stage: Answer a few 'recorded videos' of yourself answering questions
Then a zoom call with a guy who has been promoted well out of his depth.
I'm a 37 year old sales professional with 15 years senior level sales experience- I was interviewed by some kid, who had no experience outside of this company - linkedin verified, left uni 5 minutes ago.
Age isn't necessarily a factor, but experience is - if I check linkedin and the guy interviewing me has half my experience and only ever worked at your company- something isn't correct.
Now, as a sales professional, you learn to appreciate the art and skill of negotiation- that's how you sell - and an interview is a precursor to a negotiation.
In the knowledge that there are further rounds and that I wish to maintain my negotiating power within the 'potential', future negotiation - you know when we discuss salary - I keep my cards somewhat 'close to my chest'
Anyway, despite this feeling like a logical approach, the young man interviewing me felt I wasn't as 'enthusiastic' as he would like - clear emotional transference on his part - I'd have to explain what that is unfortunately.
So, despite being overly qualified and providing evidence of exceptional past performance - the wee man didn't progress the interview as I wasn't willing to give my negotiating power up.
Reality is, he's out his depth and lacking the experience/understanding of how to be a 'trusted adviser' vs 'knock door billy'

Entretient avec le manageur du site et entretient au siège a paris, l'entretient est difficile profil accès chasse et beaucoup d'objections, il faut se montrer très conquérant et avoir un historique avec des client grands comptes très prononcé
