Bad arrangement, I have send all the portfolio to the company before interview, they stop the interview in the very beginning and said my portfolio and excepted salary didn't fit their requirements so the boss won't come to interview, so why arrange this interview. They didn't review the portfolio before contact candidates, such waste of time!
