Once shortlisted, you will get a phone interview with HR. Once it is done, you will be asked to attend a 45 min technical interview where 3 people will join the panel, one technical manager, one from Administration and one from Development. Inspite of multiple follow ups with the HR, HR will never respond back with a feedback, even though you answer all the questions in the interview. It is a total waste of time. Is this position is still kept open, just for the sake of showing that they are hiring? Why do bother to take interviews and waste the time of the candidates? Don't ever apply to this role with Liberty, if you want to save your precious time. I will never apply for any roles in future with Liberty and any of its subsidiaries.
