The interview process was fairly easy. They asked about prior training, and it was clear that they also really wanted to get to know you. They were very warm and welcoming and asked you to share about yourself as well as why you wanted the position/what would make you a good candidate.
Very easy, straight forward questions about past swimming and teaching experience. Had one phone interview and then one in person interview. Once hired you take a multiple day training and a test at the end of it.

Tell us about your past swim instructor experience
Not bad, basic questions, reciting Life Time mission statement, a few situational responses that you have to improvise. Interviewer was professional and felt interested in everything I had to say.
The interview process is a series of three interviews: the supervisor, the manager, and the overall head of the department. It is not nerve-wracking just more tiresome. Having a good swimming background and experience will make the interview process even more easier.
