3 parts: First interview is with the personal trainer department head. Second interview is a practical training session with the master trainer. Last interview is with the general manager or club manager.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
