The position is fraudulently misrepresented. You are employed as a full time employer yet are paid on a draw system (loan) that must be payed back or you go in debt to the for future earnings. After your initial hiring and agreement to this very well disguised form of payment, you attend a week long training course. Its designed to make you believe in the company philosophy. What you quickly realize, is that you have wasted a month of your time to make near or below the poverty line. The Fitness Department employs 40 trainers at all time. You will get little to no help to obtain clients, while upper management gets all the warm leads. Within two months of working with Lifetime Fitness, I watched 10 trainers quit.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
