Was pretty easy. Showed up and had an intereview with one of the pt managers. had me put them through a short workout. Then later had a second interview with department head and general manager.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
