The interview process was lengthy, as I had 3 separate interviews, each with a person sitting in a higher role. They were really invested in making sure I was the right choice and it was the right choice for me as well. I was able to negotiate salary as well based on relocation and the amount of related experience I had.

Your computer skills will be tested and how well you follow directions. My advanced computer skills and graphic design abilities landed me the job but I wasn't compensated anymore than an entry level applicant. Also, during the interview I was told that I would be given the opportunity to make more money utilizing my abilities but that never happened. New responsibilities were added on to my job description without any addition increase. Over qualified and under paid. However, I knew that the position was only entry level but thought that their would be growth potential.
