There were four stages. First is the interview with HR, Second interview is with the Head Country, Third is the Bootcamp (or more like getting to know the company and them getting to know your actual potential) and lastly a f2f interview with HR and head country. I passed the first two iv and was invited for their bootcamp. In these three days bootcamp, we had a meeting with employees all over the world including China, Philippines, Bangladesh and others. We were involved in some projects and that is where they evaluate us on which project to put us in. This evaluation is crucial for the next and final interview.
