The interview process comprised seven interviews across four rounds covering both behavioral and technical skills. The first round was a behavior interview and was a good chance to learn more about the company. The second round was a primarily a technical coding interview although there were some behavioral questions. The third round was a series of four different interviews on the same day covering more coding interviews, a behavioral interview, and a system design interview. The final round was a detailed technical discussion. Overall I was left with the impression that the interview process was designed to find not just a technical person, but a person who would be a good culture fit.

Was first contacted by an initial recruiter who performed the first screening and was the point of contact up until passing the hiring manager screening. After passing both of those, coordinated with the lead recruiter who was the main point of contact through the 3 main interviews and a final VP interview. All steps were coordinated well and was very well informed throughout every stage of the process and even beyond hiring.
