The interview was about an hour and was thorough. I met with the Office Manager and one of the Partners who clearly outlined the position. They asked questions regarding my experience and how I would handle certain situations. I was told that they were not in a hurry to fill the position and that they would call if interested in second interview. About 2 weeks later I received the second interview. This was an IQ test prior to meeting with additional partners via Skype and in person. This was also about an hour. They were pleasant and made the process comfortable.
