I was allowed to select a time for the interview that worked for me. After the initial phone interview, I was booked for another interview with a manager in the department I was applying to.

First, I had a phone chat with Lightspeed's Talent Acquisition Specialist. It was basically an initial screening interview and he was very personable and easy to talk to. Next was a Zoom interview with one of the department managers. We talked about my resume and experience, and I got to know more about the role. Again, it was a very pleasant experience. Then I completed a take-home writing assignment, which I had three days to do. After that I had one final interview with two managers. This was a general, easygoing conversation where we talked about the company, position, and my choices for the assignment.
