I received an email to arrange a telephone interview, then I got the call. After that I received an email to do a video interview with the management of the department, the same day of this interview I received an email including a writing test to be answered and sent back. A week later I received a phone call from the recruiter confirming that I had been offered the job and discussing the offer and starting date.
