Applied online. Was invited to Guelph for an in-person interview. Discussed experience, education, and knowledge of a variety of machining and manufacturing processes for about an hour. Further interview questions revolved around building relationships at work and teamwork. All questions about the actual position and future learning opportunities were deflected. It was strongly implied to me several times that I would never want to leave the company and that I should not ask so many questions.
