It was smooth and simple. They asked quality questions. First round was introduction round and then it went to main round where questions regarding the position were asked with mixture of practical based examples.

Easy interview, they need candidates in the automotive domain. Asked about new product launches. In-person interview with HR manager and materials manager. The interview process took around 3 weeks. No offer

Applied online. I was the first one they interviewed. There were two interviewers, the HR and the material supervisor. The supervisor went on vacation for a week in the middle of the interview process for this position.
General questions were asked, maybe they look for automotive industry experience a lot more heavy than I expected.
