Easy behavior questions and questions about the interview process. Be prepared to know something about the insurance industry and where you are applying. Also prepare answers for what you might do in certain situations. The interview is less than half hour. I spoke with both HR and a hiring manager.

Short phone interviews, behavioral based questions. Only talked to the same recruiter both interviews. They announce the interview candidates at very late notice (May 2016). Overall a very long process.
