The interview was AWFUL!!!! I spent a lot of time getting there, listening to the presentation, taking a long, semi-difficult spelling test and taking a semi-difficult critical thinking analysis test, only to find out I would not be invited to stay for the second part of the interview. And, there were four us and no one was invited to stay. How humiliating! I am a pretty good speller. There were words like cacophony, pucillanimous, etc. The thinking test scores your ability on inferences, deductive reasoning, making assumptions and making conclusions. Just when you think you did well, they shoot you down. I know I did pretty well, but that's not good enough.

Good interview process! They were very nice people and seemed like they actually wanted to get to know me. They allowed us to have good conversations about the learning process at the institution.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
