J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes en avr. 2012

Applied with my resume via craiglist ad and received an invite to the interview the next day. Interview process took about 4 hours. There was a presentation about the company, time to practice being a clinician, basic reading/writing/spelling exam (which you never get the results of) and then a one on one interview. The exams were very basic and easy. It is interesting that you never get the results of them and they say that the exam is not the only criteria for getting the job. Although everyone was nice in the office, it almost felt superficial. I can see how other reviews commented on the cliques. There is no diversity at all in this company which I think is very unfortunate! I got the vibe that they were all about sales.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
