Application process is not the best. First you come in for a screening, which includes an extremely hard critical thinking test and a spelling test (which wasn't hard). Had a negative experience because I personally don't see how a critical thinking test is really relevant to a Human Resources position, as well as the fact that this is the first part of the interview process. Usually it goes phone/in-person interview, followed by a test. Four days after this, I got the template "Thank you for applying" rejection letter. Personally, I think you should eliminate people based on their answers to interview questions, not by a test like this.
