Honestly, super chill, the interview consisted of multiple tests I had to take just to experience the process of their programs. I was asked fun questions and had to take a spelling test (some words were real and some were phonetic).

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
