fun, fast paced, easy, general interview questions. friendly people, enviornment. they do good things. did a good job providing an extensive overview. interview process a bit long. interview process all together was 4 hours and sometimes at inconvenient times 9-1-if you have a full time job already this can be difficult to attend. responsive emails back when following up though!

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
