Entretien
Casual. Typical to Japan, pretty much trying to assess whether or not I'd fly the coop a day after signing. They asked some questions about my attitude about Japan and teaching. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The interview consisted of a PowerPoint presentation of the company, followed by an English proficiency test. The test is not challenging at all, and most of what you write on it will not influence what levels you will teach in the future.
