A nice chat about my regulatory experience and how I would tackle certain issues confronting clients. The global regulatory partner was incredibly clued in and i felt he already had the answer but just wanted to see how I would manage if thrown in an actual meeting with clients. He also mentioned that there would be certain leadership transitions within the Asia pacific region and as a Senior Associate coming from private practice this transparency was very much appreciated. The two interviewees were very civil and warm during the interview but did ask very challenging questions, which I felt I didn't answer altogether well at the time.

Two rounds of interviews with two partners each. Meet and greet with two associates following offer. No technical assessment but there was a personality quiz I had to take (after offer received).
