At my interview I was told what my job would require which was reasonable for the income we came to an agreement with but BEWARE!! I found myself doing 4 people's jobs, not 1. No matter how many times I asked for advancement, there was always an excuse. They say they hire internally but always hire outside. HR is as caring as a rock.
