      Entretien

      I was told that the interview would be three hours long, including lunch. However, I was there for nearly five hours! I interviewed for about 3.5, then went to lunch with a few of the consultants that I would be working closely with. During this time, I interviewed with practically everyone in the office, which I liked. I left thinking the interview was long and tiring, and that I was a little upset they kept me almost two hours over (3 hours and 45 minutes), but overall felt like it was a good company. Each person I interviewed with stressed the importance of being able to work on a variety of projects at a time, being able to travel up to 30%, and my transcript grades and classes I took. I had never had an interview so focused on my transcript. The next day, I sent a thank you email, focusing on what I talked about with many of the employees and offering any additional information they needed and references if they would like them. It has been a few weeks since my interview and I have not heard a single thing. No thanks but no thanks. No thanks for your patience while we're interviewing other candidates, NOTHING. For a company that harped on professionalism and networking during the interview, this is a weird way to show they really care about that.

      We are disappointed to learn you do not feel you had a positive experience with us. Recruiting seasons are busy and LitCon Group endeavors to maintain good contact with candidates who are beyond the initial application stage. Job searching can be time-consuming and a bit overwhelming so we place a premium on answering every applicant email we receive, whether from the most junior intern candidate to the seasoned professional. During interviews in our office, most candidates adhere to the schedule and depart on time. On the rare occasions a candidate arrives late or runs behind, we coordinate schedule updates to accommodate them as much as possible rather than turning them away, as well as giving them the benefit of the doubt - we understand that life happens. At LitCon Group, we believe our in-depth process enables the Firm to know a candidate, for the individual to understand our business, and to continually improve future recruiting cycles.       Entretien

      I was first contacted for a phone interview with two Senior Managers. Following the phone interview I was brought in for an office interview and met with a Managing Director, Director, Senior Consultant and Consultant followed by lunch with two Senior Managers. This interview process was great for getting to know the culture at the firm and the perspectives throughout all levels of the company.

      Entretien

      Campus interview. Called back for second interview at office. Second interview was 4 back-to-back with Managers and above. Explained work load and asked about related work experience/courses. Went to lunch after with Senior Consultants.
