Entretien
Very casual. I arrived early and was offered drinks and snacks. Salesmen thought I was buying a car til I explained I was there for interview. Receptionist very friendly. Not a lot of information - told me about 2 different positions. Said the staff was younger so I assumed he was seeking someone with more of a work ethic. My resume is stellar. Why do they keep you for 2 hrs and introduce you to all the staff if they don't think you're a fit??

None. I interviewed them. They were distracted. If you're too busy and can'tcommitto the time, do a zoom video, please. My time is valuable as well
Quick and done over an app called Chatworks . It was fast and responsive. I felt like it was a little weird at first since I had never done an interview that way before but once it was done and everything was done it was a fast and quick way.
