The interview process is long and thorough, and gives a good opportunity for you to meet many people at the firm and get a strong sense of the culture while allowing them to get to know you. After formally submitting my resume for the position, the HR director contacted me for an initial phone interview. I then had three more phone interviews with different members of the team before being asked to come in for in-person interviews. For the in-person interviews, I met with 10+ people from different divisions. Overall, the process was very well organized. The interviewers were well prepped with questions on a range of topics.
