Hi, Thanks for your review. It should have been explained on the phone and in the corresponding email that the first interview is a brief and informal chat. We apologise if this was not communicated and you were expecting something more in-depth and competency based. We do tell candidates that they will only be contacted if they are successful as unfortunately we are unable to get back to all interviewees. Best of luck in the future.
