Was reached out to by a senior recruiter after I used a referral to get a contact. She scheduled a phone interview then had to reschedule due to a conflict. The new interview time came and went, she never called or returned any of my e-mails. All my years of interviewing I've never been blown off so completely. I have since followed up with several other HR contacts to see if something had happened and none of them have responded either. Not a good look for an organization, hopefully this doesn't happen to other people who go through the hiring process.
