I had an HR call with someone and then was asked to have an interview with 2 people from the marketing solutions team (this was for a sort of internship after my junior year of college). The interview was just over the phone with the two of them, and it was pretty casual. I was asked about my prior internship experiences, asked about some hard skills, and about my favorite artists and most recent concerts I've attended which was the most fun part.
